Too rude? Celebrities who have been banned from Instagram

AFTER a six-month hiatus, uninhibited R & B star Rihanna returned to Instagram on Sunday morning, debuting an upside-down, close-up shot of her face to her nearly 13 million followers.
After controversial topless photos appeared on her Instagram feed in May, the 26-year-old went noticeably absent, leaving her fans yearning for more of the Bajan beauty.
But she’s far from the only bold-face name to land in hot water with the photo-sharing site. Other A-listers have also gotten caught up in Instagram’s sometimes controversial photo guidelines.
Scout Willis
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter walked topless down the streets of NYC.

The 23-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore joined the campaign #FreetheNipple in May by walking topless down the streets of New York City, posting photos of the routine to Twitter in protest of Instagram’s anti-nudity policy. Scout Willis stated, “I’m arguing for a woman’s right to choose how she represents her body.”
Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner hits the runway at the Marc Jacobs fashion show Fashion Week.

In February, the 19-year-old reality star and model rocked the Marc Jacobs runway in a sheer top during New York Fashion Week, leaving little to the imagination.
Grace Coddington
Grace Coddington captioned this cheeky illustration: “Self portrait”.

In May, the 73-year-old former model and Vogue creative director posted an illustration of herself reclining topless in a beach chair while wearing cat-eye shades — with her legs demurely crossed. Instagram removed her for violation of its no-nudity clause, but quickly restored her account.
When Coddington returned with a cartoon picture of her two cats, Bart and Pumpkin, Bart was, of course, censored to adhere to Instagram rules.
Anja Rubik
Model Anja Rubik wore a see-through Anthony Vaccarello top down the runway.

The 31-year-old model Instagrammed a screenshot of style.com’s home page featuring a photo of her in a see-through Anthony Vaccarello top walking down the runway. The image states, “Don’t fear the nipple” — but apparently some, like Instagram, do.
Chelsea Handler
Chelsea Handler posed topless on a horse. The photo was quickly taken down.

In October, the 39-year-old comedian posed topless on a horse with a message: “Anything a man can do, a woman had the right to do better.” The photo was quickly taken down, because it didn’t follow the app’s community guidelines.
Handler protested the deletion of her photo by stating, “If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it’s OK, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?”
